1. Agreement
By downloading or using Grabrella (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What Grabrella provides
Grabrella presents weather, air-quality, home-widget, and Android live-wallpaper information using third-party data sources and device settings. Features and availability may differ by device, Android version, region, language, and service availability.
3. License and acceptable use
JC Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer the App except where law expressly permits it; interfere with its operation; bypass purchase, entitlement, advertising, or security controls; misuse third-party services; or copy and redistribute Grabrella artwork, branding, or software without permission.
4. Free features, ads, and previews
The App may offer free features supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads that temporarily unlock selected premium previews. Availability, duration, and eligibility may change and will be shown before you choose to watch an ad. An ad view is not a purchase and does not create a permanent entitlement.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
- Paid plans, billing periods, trial terms (if any), and localized prices are displayed in the App and Google Play before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel through Google Play. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds, taxes, and billing disputes are handled under Google Play policies and applicable law.
- We may change future prices or plan benefits with notice and platform approval where required. Changes do not override rights provided by law.
6. Third-party services
The App depends on weather, geocoding, advertising, billing, and subscription-management providers. Their services may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
7. Intellectual property
Grabrella, its original visual scenes, copy, logo, interface, and software are owned by JC Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Weather and map-related data remain subject to their respective providers' rights and licenses.
8. Updates and termination
We may update, add, remove, or discontinue features to improve the App, respond to legal or technical requirements, or protect users. We may suspend access for serious misuse. You may stop using the App at any time; subscription cancellation is handled separately through Google Play.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. JC Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing rules
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to JC Studio, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Before formal proceedings, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
